This essay on TRUTH is prompted by something that I read in another persons blog. It is a blog that belongs to a very nice lady. In the particular post in question she was admonishing others about comments they had posted.
The admonishments she was dishing out truly can only be called in my opinion, I readily admit it is my opinion, criticism based upon her judging of others. During her discourse of passing her judgment, on those who had posted comments she found not to her liking, she made the statement; “These words of mine right now may not sit well with you, but I’m speaking my truth…”.
When I speak on the subject of truth and belief I usually like to begin the talk with the admonition that a person should steer carefully when dealing with truth as you can easily get caught by the rut in truth; and, you must be very careful about what beliefs you have because within every belief is a lie. I’m usually drawn into talking about this subject when I hear someone use the idiotic phrase “my truth is different than your truth” or some such nonsense.
The reality truly is that we throw the term truth around very casually without regard to how we use it. What we try to call truth has so many definitions that it is virtually impossible to truly know what truth really is. Most people have no notion of what is their perception of something and what is really a truth.
Truth, as it is so loosely used, is defined as the quality of being true, or that something is genuine, or it is something actual or factual. So which one is it? Is it the quality of being true, or the quality of being genuine, or is it being either the quality of being actual or factual? We also define it sometimes as truth being the state of being the case. Then at other times we define it as the body of real things, events and facts.
A judgment, proposition, or idea that is true or accepted as true can also by defintion be truth. Now that’s a winner, isn’t it? All it takes is for something to be accepted as true and it will be truth. So if the guy on the boob tube repeats something often enough and long enough the sheeple accept it as truth then that will make it truth. Some how, I don’t think so!
Above all else truth can be defined as a transcendent fundamental or spiritual reality and that’s the definition I want to talk about in regards to TRUTH. A transcendent fundamental is a basic reality that exists beyond or above the range of normal or merely physical human experience. Truth then is something that is experienced or known to be that is beyond our normal range of human experience. That then makes this kind of TRUTH the only REAL TRUTH that there is.
TRUTH is something that will be found to be the same throughout this Universe and on every level and at all vibrational existences. These are often called Universal Principles or Laws. Much like the physical “Laws of Nature” these Universal Principles or Laws define the way the Universe is structured and functions.
A basic fundamental principle or truth is that there IS only ONE. Because there is only ONE, which I call Creator or the Un-Manifested, then we each have to be simply a fragment, individualization, or small iota of that ONE. Creator or the Un-Manifested is what existed prior to the existence of everything else and is the basic fundamental “stuff” from which everything else has to be made.
A fact or actuality then of this magnitude then will be true on any planet within this Universe existing in any density on any vibrational realm. That is what it takes to be TRUTH.
What we conceive of here as being truth is not truth but merely our preception shaded, or obscured to be more exact, by our lack of knowledge. As I stated earlier this essay on TRUTH began when there was a posting on a blog where the writer made the statement “These words of mine right now may not sit well with you, but I’m speaking my truth…”.
But what she was really doing was simply stating her beliefs and perceptions based on her observations shaded by her emotions and feelings. She then proceeded to use those beliefs and perceptions to justified her criticisms for others not seeing things as she sees them through her emotion and feeling shaded perceptions. That is not truth at all, it is simply just part of the illusion we are in by being incarnate in this particular 3rd density environment. It merely another aspect that is part of the lessons we are to learn–there is truly nothing here that is truth and that it is coming to know, understand and become master of our emotions.
The basic point that I’m making is that when you are in 3rd density here on this planet you don’t deal with REAL TRUTH but instead deal with perceptions, beliefs, and opinions.
It’s simply the way life is here to provide us with the opportunity to realize that nothing we deal with on this planet is permanent, Everything is impermanent and transistory. Whether we deal with the illusion of freedom, wealth, government systems, or anything else they are all subject to change.
I will leave you with a final thought. Remember! Only the Universal Constant in this Universe is CHANGE!
